What if I told you that the steps you take today could decrease your chance of experiencing birth trauma?
ARE YOU READY FOR A BLISSFUL BIRTH MAMA?
Question for all the pregnant mamas out there looking to banish fear surrounding birth…
Have you enlisted Google as your birth coach and found yourself overwhelmed by the plethora of opinions on birth positions, breathing techniques, pain management options or birth plan templates?
Do you have 25 tabs open on your laptop that you promise to read before the baby gets here?
Is your Pinterest board a hot mess of frantic “how to birth” pins?
Deep breath mama. Step away from the google search bar.
This course is for you.
Introducing the Push Lab.
The evidence based virtual birth course that is taking over the internet.
Because mamas like you have #notime for leaking, aches, pain, or dysfunction postpartum.
WHAT MAMAS LIKE YOU ARE SAYING…
I truly enjoyed taking your Push Lab course! It gave me a sense of comfort and confidence and helped prepare me for labor. Society often trains us to view labor and delivery as this extremely painful, almost impossible, Herculean task that we have to go through, but you helped put things into perspective and helped me understand that my body is fully capable of this ‘task.'”

you…?
✓ A new mom whose birth class was cancelled
✓ A new mom who doesn’t feel safe entering the hospital for a birth class
✓ A mom who has had birth trauma in the past and wants to try things differently this time around.
✓ A mom hoping to have a VBAC.
✓ A mom who wants an unmedicated birth but doesn’t know where to start.
✓ A mom who is open to an epidural or other pain management options.
There’s a part of you that knows your body was built to birth this baby.
But there is another part of you wondering why so many women require episiotomies, sustain major pelvic floor trauma, or are left with aches, pain, and dysfunction postpartum.
As mamas, we spend hours upon hours curating the perfect Pinterest nursery, packing a hospital bag Marie Kondo would be proud of, and baking lactation cookies to feed your entire prenatal yoga tribe.
BUT HOW MUCH TIME DO WE ACTUALLY SPEND PREPARING OUR MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT FOR LABOR?
Make a mindset shift to kick fear to the curb for good. Learn mindset training to decrease pain and increase relaxation during labor.
Understand how to push safely using your breath and muscles to minimize pressure on your perineum.
Tap in spiritually so you can lean on someone or something higher than yourself or your birth partner.
Enter your birth room confident that you trained for your own unique birth and are capable and ready to do this!
ARE YOU READY FOR A BLISSFUL BIRTH MAMA?
As mamas, I know that you receive A LOT of unwarranted advice. The information I teach in your course is definitely not advice you are going to hear from your mama, your grandma, or your OBGYN.
In fact, during my OWN labor and delivery class, they didn’t teach us ACTUAL pushing techniques!
Fast forward three months later and I delivered my own baby using the techniques I had taught countless pregnant patients before me.
After I delivered my own baby, my RN told me, “I’ve never seen anyone push that way. How do I teach my patients to push like that?”
Mamas, she literally pulled out a pen and paper to take notes.
That’s right. My labor and delivery team was asking ME for tips!
The problem is, we are being coached to push incorrectly in the labor and delivery room.
Moms are usually coached to “push like you’re having a bowel movement!” or “hold your breath and push.”
Unfortunately, these phrases might be increasing our chances of sustaining major pelvic floor trauma and leaving us with aches, pain, and leaking postpartum.
Not to mention, holding your breath during birth is exhausting.
The way you push should not leave you breathless and exhausted.
different way.
THE BEST PART ABOUT THE PUSH LAB?
Seriously mamas, does this sound like a pregnancy dream come true? I remember during my own night-time labor & delivery class I was exhausted and bloated by the time I got there. I don’t know about you, but I want my feet up and PJ’s on by the end of the day. Driving to a hospital at 7 pm at night? No thank you.

THE GIRL ON THE INTERNET THAT CARES ABOUT YOUR VAGINA
…Physical Therapist, Educator, Advocate of all things pelvic-health related, Mama, and Coach bringing you the tough love and the 80’s music dance parties.
After hearing countless mamas in my treatment room ask, “why didn’t anyone tell me about my pelvic floor sooner?”
I made it my mission to teach every mama how to birth safely and confidently.
I was tired of hearing complaints about labor and delivery classes not preparing mamas for birth.
In fact, my own labor and delivery class was disappointing.
So I decided to do a big thing and create a comprehensive course teaching mamas everything I wish my patients had known about before they delivered their baby.
Will I see you in lab, mama?
