ACTION STEP: Be sure to stick around for the second half of today’s video to learn how to become a master of diaphragmatic breathing. Grab a yoga mat or chair and learn how to eliminate your unique tension holding pattern through this specific type of breathing. Spoiler alert – many of us perform this wrong!
